Maryhurst's Spring 'Dare to Dream' Career Fair

Local employers visited our campus to showcase opportunities

This month, more than a dozen local employers including representation from Louisville’s corporate, academic, and public service institutions gathered at Maryhurst Academy, our JCPS State Agency School, for a career and college fair.

The fair served as a great opportunity for Maryhurst students to learn about what opportunities exist for employment and postsecondary education following graduation – including information about financial aid. We graduate approximately four students each semester, many of whom move onto college or trade school immediately following their completion of treatment goals at Maryhurst.

Participants at this year's fair included:

  • Paul Mitchell,
  • Empire Beatuy School,
  • KHEAA,
  • JCTC,
  • PJ Beatuy College,
  • Phil Donahue,
  • EKU,
  • UPS,
  • Sullivan University,
  • Whitney Young Job Corps Center,
  • Spalding University,
  • Kentucky State University,
  • University of Louisville,
  • Ivy Tech Community College-Southern Indiana,
  • Lexington School for the Recording Arts,
  • United States Air National Guard,
  • University of Kentucky, and
  • The United States Army Reserve
