Thankfulness at Maryhurst

We thought you might like to hear about a Thanksgiving gratitude exercise that we recently led on campus. Hear about its creation from one of our counselors, then view the video below.

For some, the holidays can be a painful reminder of what we don’t have. So today we helped the girls practice gratitude. They made a thankfulness tree and spent time writing thank you notes to the people who have cared for them.
